Three Weeks Prior to Show
Recruit someone who will commit to picking up the ice cream at Hershey at 2:30PM the Friday before the show. Once you have this commitment from a member, call Hershey and give them your order.
Day of Show
Arrive at the tent no later than 9:30AM.
Bring a money box – Twenty Dollars ($20.00) in dollar bills, Twenty Dollars ($20.00) in quarters
Bring an apron with a front pocket to hold money as you sell
