One or Two Weeks Prior to Show:
Check trailer for the following:
Paint for cement markers. Will need 1 can of paint.
Paint for back line of spaces and spray can holder. Will need 4 cans of paint.
Marking pen to write on cement markers.
Measuring tapes.
String to use during painting of the back line.
Flea market space numbers and nails.
Post driver.
Numbered posts to mark rows.
Signs for posts.
Miscellaneous items needed:

Blank registration forms
Dash plaques
Vendor space assignment sheet

Field Layout Sheet
Field Layout Process:
Cement post locating and marking:
one person to locate cement marker posts with metal detector or GPS locator.
One person to cut the grass around the marker with weed eater.
One person to paint the marker post based on the field layout sheet.
One person to write row markings with magic marker.
Painting the back line:
Two people to hold the string to mark the start and stop point for painting.
One person to paint the back line orange.
Two people to mark the location of White’s Farm Equipment location.
Saturday Morning of Show Weekend:

Many tape measures
Space markers
Nails
Field layout information
Post driver
Posts and signs for posts
Check field layout for correctness
Saturday Afternoon:
Items needed:

Chairs
Field layout
Dash plaques
Pens & paper
Blank registration forms
Pop-up tent or canopy
Check in people to flea market (Will need two people to help).
Sunday Morning: (Early – 6AM or sooner
Will need 3 or 4 people to help check in vendors.
Sunday Afternoon:
Duties to be completed:
Pick up all the vendor space markers and nails. Keep them in order – Do Not Mix. Put them in the
Club trailer.
Remove all the row posts and put them in the Club trailer.
Will need 4 or 5 people for this – start by 2:30PM.
Monday after Show:
Check field for missing items and that trash has been picked up.
